Please note that when registering for programs, NWCSRA member agency resident rates will be reflected with a discount prior to checkout. If you are a resident in an NWCSRA member agency and do not see the discount reflected, please contact the NWCSRA Office at 815-407-1819.
To streamline your registration experience please follow the online process below.
Amilia Account
You must create an account on Amilia prior to registering. Please contact Brenda Cresap at 815-407-1819 if you need assistance creating an online account.
Annual Membership
A free Annual Membership is required for all participants. Review the questions and submit any updates. If you are new or have not registered for any programs in 2026, visit nwcsra.org/registration-information for instructions to “purchase” your free Annual Membership prior to registration.

Step 2: Create your account in Amilia. For assistance call 815-407-1819.
Step 3: Click NWCSRA’s email address on top right of screen and go to My Account.
Step 4: Click on member and add your personal information and address.

SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION INFORMATION
Only residents are eligible for NWCSRA scholarships. Families interested in applying for a scholarship must complete the scholarship application online first and be approved before registering for any programs. DO NOT register for programs until the scholarship is approved.
Find the scholarship application through the online registration system’s scholarship forms tab. There are several scholarships available under the tab. Make sure to select the Scholarship specific to the program for which you’re registering.
After you complete the online “purchase” of the scholarship, NWCSRA staff will notify if you are approved so that you can register for programs online.
